What if I need to manage my device activations?
You can manage your device activations and deactivate unused devices through your License Management page.
Can I transfer my license to a different device?
Yes! Visit the License Management page to deactivate devices and free up slots for new ones.
How do I verify my education status for the discount?
There are two ways to verify your status:
- Send an email from your academic email address to hi@memo.ac
- If you don't have an academic email, you can provide:
- Student ID
- Enrollment letter
- Teaching credential
- Other valid academic documentation
Note: Education discount codes are valid for 7 days after issuance.
How does the refund policy work?
Memo AI offers a free trial that includes all features, identical to the paid version. Since users have ample opportunity to evaluate the product, we have strict review criteria for refund requests.
Acceptable refund reasons
- Duplicate purchases
- Product incompatibility with device, preventing normal use
Unacceptable refund reasons
- Personal subjective reasons (such as dislike, no longer wanting it, etc.)
- Requests without valid reasons
- Demanding features not promised by the product
- Refusing to cooperate with necessary official assistance
If you need to request a refund, please email hi@memo.ac within 5 days of payment with a clear explanation of the refund reason. We will respond to your application within 2 business days.
